Appointments
If you feel that your child needs to see a Paediatrician, please speak to your GP first. You will need a referral from your GP in order to make an appointment. Either fax your referral to (07) 3041 4771 or email it to info@outreachqld.com.au
Our staff will then call you to make an appointment. All initial consultations will be conducted by Telehealth, which can be done in the comfort of your own home, at your GP surgery or hospital.
If you are seeing the Paediatrician for learning, developmental or behavioural concerns, please also forward copies of your child's latest report card, school letter and allied health assessments before the initial consultation. After the initial consultation, recommendations will be made regarding any further assessments and arrangements will be made to see you in person.
